Professional approach, clear communication and a good result

We had sold half a dozen properties in Australia previously but not through tender, which is what was recommended. The Wallaces had suggested this method as there was some time pressure and also having 2 little kids it was a challenge to have too many open homes. We agreed with their approach and got the result we were after. Throughout the process there was regular communication which we felt was genuine and honest which is critical when going through a property sale. They are clearly an experienced team. The final offer of the buyer was significantly above their first which indicates a strong negotiating process from the Wallaces. Overall it was probably not the best time to sell but we were very happy with result and felt the Wallaces could not have done a better job.
