Wonderful agent and fantastic communicator

We previously sold a property at Mt St John Ave with Lorraine and after that, there was only one agent we were going to use to sell our property at 1 George Street Lorraine is a fantastic agent. She puts a lot of thought into how best market the property. Lorraine has great attention to detail and is the consummate professional. Lorraine is an excellent communicator and is very honest in her feedback. She worked really hard with potential buyers. We felt very prepared and supported on auction date by Lorraine and the wider Bayleys team. The result at auction date surpassed our expectations. We continue to highly recommend Lorraine to others (and have referred friends to Lorraine who have had great outcomes with her).
