Ryan is an intelligent agent (rare breed) who considers carefully the selling points of the property and how to reach the target market. He also keeps calm under pressure and is easy to work with. He worked hard (on a difficult property in a challenging market) and helped to find a number of buyers. Most agents are only interested in their commission, but I noticed after the sale was completed, he still took steps to consider the needs of the vendors in relation to accessing the property a last time.

Nadja came around and quoted the property. Told us what we could improve and what quotes we should get - she knows what buyers want and what questions they will ask. Nadja and team send updates on the prospects, calls & out-reachs - gave feedback a long the way. Nadja herself followed up forms & documents when I swamped with work. When the pressure was on at the auction she claimed us down reaffirming the whole way through of the property value and what it should get - even when i doubted it. It was so great dealing with Joe in buying this property. Really accommodating to request like seeing the property multiple times, questions about the property and working closely on landing the right price. Thought the buying process Joe would consider thing you wouldn't typically expect. He has a really genuine and thoughtful approach to selling property. Would highly recommend
