Celia is very approachable and kind. She answered all my questions as I know so little about house as first home buyer. Even though, she is vendor’s agent, she communicates with me professionally and with respect. She even teaches me something about the wall of the house. I remember that afternoon of open house. I was late for 8 mins from viewing other house. When I arrived at the property I just purchased, Celia was already inside her car, ready to drive off. She saw me and asked me if I want to see the house and she opened the house again. I am telling the truth, my mind was already set on brick and tile when I started this journey and if she had not opened the door for me on that afternoon (i know i was late), I already made up my mind that I am not coming back next day for open house cos what I wanted is brick and tile. But that 10 mins time she made extra miles to help the potential buyer made the final purchase day happens. Thanks Celia for always communicating with calm, warm and kind words.
