I wanted frank, honest and upfront communication in the hope to get the best outcome and they delivered in that and more. The organisation, check ins, follow ups, pushing where needed was perfect. It was actually faultless, they made everything easy in a reasonably difficult situation, and went over and above. I thought we were taking a slight risk as the area of sale was not exactly in there core location - near but not exactly there usual. But, I am so so happy we did. If you are thinking about selling your property and they are an option - pick their team. The history of sale, manner and process is perfect, to the very end. Jadyn is very good with people and takes great initiative to get things done. We had some issues with council and he dealt with it promptly to ensure a smooth sale. Jadyn and Dora make a great team and are very professional.

Michael had alot of knowledge and was able to explain and support any queries or questions I had. His responses to messages was prompt and finding information and relaying it back was very quick also. He gave up more of his time giving out flyers in my neighborhood and expected open home hours. He strived for excellence. My only criticism would be how quite he was not very talkative and alittle closed off, english may have been a barrier. Also sometimes the emails we recieved had our names wrong when addressing my brother and I. Overall thank you for helping us at this sad time and moving on allowing our family home to go to a new family.
