I used to teach and coach leaders and service providers for major international companies and government agencies on customer service and satisfaction. So I can be a fairly particular client. I had not actually intended to list it at this stage, but was offered the chance to take advantage of sale of the home next door to me that had major interest, leaving a period when there would be a pool of potential buyers for my own.
