Having been to literally dozens and dozens of open homes, one thing I have consistently dreaded was having to interact with pushy, arrogant and overly intrusive real estate agents who start with the hard sell the moment you enter the property, and try to gloss over aspects of a property that may be huge red flags. Thankfuly Nathan did none of that, he was relaxed, friendly, informative and helpful. Not once did I get the feeling that he was trying to apply pressure on me to get my information or how much I could extend to financially or how quickly I could settle. Instead he very clearly communicated the pros and cons of the property, and made it clear what the sellers expectations were, no pressure, no bs. And in my continued interactions with him in completing the sale he has remained extremely easy and pleasant to work with. If more agents acted like he does Im not sure there'd be auch a negative stereotype about them.
