Swift and easy sale.

We were selling our Hobsonville townhouse during a tricky time, when the market was slow and there was a lot of bad press about new builds and townhouses. Despite this, our house was able to sell quickly (just like we had hoped). Alex was easy to communicate with even with our many questions and seemed genuinely excited for us on your our property journey. We would recommend!

Alex is great to deal with!

Alex was an awesome help throughout the conditional period whilst we were working to close out conditions, as well as being super responsive and always willing to see what he could do to make everything run smoother. He made the whole process super simple and helped my wife and I feel really comfortable buying our first home!

Enthusiastic and knowledgeable

We were so happy to work with Alex - he was very knowledgeable about the local neighborhood we were in, the wider market, and was able to really answer all our questions about process, etc. with trying to both sell and buy at the same time. He was a great negotiator and we were pleased to have our house sell by deadline in a not very favorable market, which put us in a great position for finding our next home! Would definitely use him again if in the position to do so.

Great to deal with

Alex was great to deal with from the very first meeting right through until the offer was in place. He provided great but practical advice on staging and choosing the right method of sale. Nicole and Alex worked a minor miracle in getting an offer when there was relatively little interest in the property.
