Intelligent, Calm and Effective

I found Anna Stephens-Brown incredibly professional. She came to sell my house by accident when the agent I had engaged had to stop working abruptly due to health reasons. It was a very stressful time. Anna acknowledged this and took the time to calmly build my trust with a level head and practical manner. The whole situation wasn't ideal, and looking back it would have been incredibly difficult for her to take over the sell as I had a very strong relationship with the initial agent. Anna navigated my emotional ups and downs as well as the tricky negotiations that ensued with a calm dignity that was pivotal to getting a sale across the line. She is not one to give up. She just chips away, re-groups when she needs to, talks you calmly through your options, presenting everything in a professional manner, giving you the confidence that she has your best interests at heart.
