A proactive agent and skilled communicator

Having had poor experiences with agents in the past, we found Ash to be proactive in making the arrangements for selling our place - what needed to be done, and by when - and he kept us appraised of the goings on and our options throughout the process. We found Ash to be genuine, and he didn’t flower up his messages and emails. As busy professionals with a young family, communicating with us in this direct way was beneficial and enabled the sale to go through with minimal fuss. We would recommend Ash to other potential vendors in Auckland.
