We sold our 4-bedroom home in Oteha through Olivia and Christina on March 5th,2026, and it was one of the smoothest property experiences we’ve had. Communication style was excellent — they were highly responsive, usually replying to texts or calls within an hour (even evenings/weekends when needed), and sent clear, concise weekly progress updates via email. No chasing required, which reduced stress enormously. Their market knowledge stood out: they provided detailed comparables from recent sales in Oteha and neighbouring suburbs like Pinehill explained current buyer trends accurately (e.g., demand for family homes with good school zones). Negotiation skills were real strength they created genuine competition, timed counters perfectly, and secured above the CV while managing conditions like finance and building report clauses to our advantage. No hard-sell tactics; it felt strategic and fair. Professionalism was top-tier: punctual at every meeting, transparent about fees and marketing spend upfront, organised photography/staging/open homes flawlessly, and kept us fully informed without pressure. The whole process from listing to be sold took just 28 days.
