In 2003 I joined Harcourts in Kumeu as a Sales and Marketing Consultant. I am an award winning high achiever who has has consistently achieved excellent sales results and built up a strong reputation in the local community for my honesty, communication, perseverance and professionalism. I believe that the values I learnt from my rural upbringing, together with my corporate experience and world travel, have contributed to make me ideally suited to working in the fast moving pace of real estate. I live with my husband and one small elderly miniature dachshund in Kumeu and have very much enjoyed living in this flourishing area for 25 years. I list and sell throughout the area; Waimauku, Kumeu, Huapai, Taupaki and Riverhead and love working in all facets of real estate. I have my NZQA Branch Manager Level 5 qualification and have completed the 2 year Harcourts Future Leaders Programme.

Top notch agent

What can I say about Andrea. We were selling our property in Kumeu through another agent who didn’t manage to sell it. We ended up telling andrea and spoke to her how much we love merlot heights property. She and harcourts crew Olivia made it happen. They found off market buyers for our place and we ended up buying merlot. Absolutely love her service. She is one of the very few who genuinely cares about her clients, listens to her clients wishes and shows care, compassion and empathy. We would highly recommend her.
