Shona organised staging furniture to assist in obtaining a best price and added detail touches which we would’ve thought of, all of which would’ve no doubt helped with obtaining the best sale price. Shona estimated sale price was accurate & more than our independent valuation. We were updated daily with feedback Shona was able to competently navigate with any issue including EQC & Trust issues that arose.

As first time buyers we were fairly clueless about the process and what to expect, but from our initial phone call with Lauryn to going unconditional, she and Shelley have helped us every step of the way! Any questions we had were answered without judgement, they know the Christchurch market back and forward and advised us superbly. Without them we would have ben totally lost in a market that moves so quickly! There aren't enough words to say how glad we are that they were recommended to us.

The initial consultation with Peter was to discuss whether I would split a freehold Title with 2 flats into 2 separate Titles so that I could potentially sell to two purchasers. The process to do this was quite involved with surveyors etc. I am glad that I saw the process through to the end as the financial outcome was better, exactly as he predicted. Peter is a great negotiator and you definitely want to have him in your corner when you're selling!
