Kierens Team were excellent to deal with. Their approach was professional and well balanced between me and the vendor. The Process was conducted in a timely manner, and I was kept up to date with where the deal was at. Extra viewings were accommodated, several issues found in the builder's report were communicated quickly to the vendor and fixed promptly. Pre-settlement was easy and the entire deal was done with care. I would not hesitate to recommend Kieren and his team to anyone looking for an honest and down-to-earth agent who genuinely cares about their clients, weather buyer or vendor.
