Amazing all round

No #1 Agent, excellent experience from start to finish!

As buyers, we had a really positive experience with Amar. On the open homes he was friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with any questions we had. He answered many of our phone calls leading up to the auction and made sure we were prepared and put at ease. On the evening of the auction despite the stress we felt, his support and clear communication made it much easier. Overall we felt Amar went above and beyond throughout, especially making time to meet with us as we placed the sold sign on our new property. Thank you Amar!

Excellent result, Excellent agent.

We couldn’t have wished for a better agent than Ali. Throughout the entire process, he was dedicated, communicative, and professional. His advice was always careful, considered, and absolutely spot on. The marketing of the property was exceptional. Ali worked tirelessly to attract the maximum number of potential buyers and achieve the best possible result for us. He was also extremely accommodating, working with us early in the morning and late in the evening while we were overseas in a different time zone. Thanks to Ali and his excellent campaign, we achieved a fantastic result. The investment in staging, photography, video, advertising, and holding an auction was absolutely worth it. We thoroughly recommend Ali to anyone looking to sell their property. In our view, he is one of the top agents in Christchurch, and quite possibly in all of New Zealand.
