Excellent Advice

The initial consultation with Peter was to discuss whether I would split a freehold Title with 2 flats into 2 separate Titles so that I could potentially sell to two purchasers. The process to do this was quite involved with surveyors etc. I am glad that I saw the process through to the end as the financial outcome was better, exactly as he predicted. Peter is a great negotiator and you definitely want to have him in your corner when you're selling!

Amazing agent

Hayley was great to deal with through the whole experience start to finish. She was very warm and welcoming when we first met her at the home we viewed (now our own home) she made us feel comfortable and always guided us through every step of the way which we were so thankful for.
