We had our home ready to put up for sale. It was a bit tired on the inside and with limited budget we had a really good chat with Nicola about where to spend, on what, and colour combos. Nicola absolutely nailed it. The inside looked so good that we didn't really want to sell😂 Nicola just excudes patience, knowledge and an empathy that puts you at ease from first meeting her plus a great sense of humour which is essential when selling or buying. Nicola is straight up so you know right away you're in good hands. She makes what can be a stressful time laid back. Nga Mihi

Our home was a work in progress before we put it up for sale. Catherine gave us an idea of what we should look at to make it attractive to the market. Final result was far beyond what I expected The marketing photos and video were stunning. We've kept a copy of the video which we believe was instrumental in selling our home. Catherine really cares about her clients. And has patience which was nice as we felt unrushed but also kept us at a steady pace and offered lots of encouragement and guidence to keep us on track. The final result was awesome. Catherine is an utmost professional but feels like we also made a friend, even though our home is now sold, we feel we could easily catch up with for a coffee.

Communication, patient & local knowledge is a stand out. After searching I went and met Catherine, she dropped everything and took me around multiple homes and within 2 weeks an offer was made. There was no pressure put on us. Thank you Catherine for finding us a home and supporting us thru the process, multi offer situations can be stressful but you made it easy. Highly recommend Catherine to anyone looking at buying a new home.

From start to finish, Sharon provided an outstanding level of service. Her communication was exemplary, with prompt responses to our questions, regular updates, and clear explanations throughout the entire process. Sharon was professional, organised, reliable, and genuinely interested in understanding our needs. Her knowledge of the local property market gave us confidence that our home was priced appropriately, and we were reassured that we achieved the best sale price the market would allow. She handled negotiations with confidence and professionalism, resulting in a very satisfactory outcome. Her approachable manner and exceptional customer service made what could have been a stressful experience feel simple and straightforward. Having both bought and sold property with Sharon, we would happily use her services again and recommend her with complete confidence to anyone looking for an experienced and trustworthy real estate professional.
