Nicki was choosen by us as she had sold the neigbours property and had good feedback. She just gets on with it and works hard for the vendor. Get's the numbers to open homes but no fluff and very honest about serious buyers. Clear in her expectations of us as vendors and settlement figure was higher end of her estimate. Communicates well and kept us in the loop when access to the property was required. Sold at auction and she got bidders in the room. Would recommend as a strong agent in the current variable market.

The team was efficient and delivered, but there were several issues that deserve reflection. We were completely excluded from the decision-making process regarding the selection of marketing materials and the auction date. The team also allowed buyers to inspect our house multiple times before the settlement without informing us about the final inspection dates. On settlement day, there was a complete lack of communication; no acknowledgment or congratulations were offered. The following day, we received a generic email requesting feedback on our experience. All our previous transactions with other agents involved much better communication and a greater respect for us as clients paying tens of thousands of dollars in agent fees.
