We met in the house and Nadja pointed out a few things that needed attention. A few days later, she sent the photographer and marketing materials were very professionally organized. Two weekends of "open home" schedules and some viewings later, the auction date was set. Nadja sent over valuable buyer feedback after each "open home" weekend which helped set expectations. I highly recommend working with Nadja. She understands the market and what Buyers are looking for. End-to-end took only a full month. No pressure was put on the sell date, but that is how efficiently everything operated. The house sold at a very very good price.
