Anna from Bayleys has been very helpful and attentive to our rental property in Christchurch. Anna has consistently found great tenants, helped us achieve a good rental return on our investment, and assisted us with maintaining the property. We have been living out of town for a number of years but I feel absolutely confident that our property is being well cared for by Anna and all the team at Bayleys. Communication is prompt and efficient, and maintenance is taken care of without any hassle. I really like the fact that Anna and the team start looking for tenants for next year 5-6 months ahead of time, so we have ended up with great tenants signed up every year through Bayleys. Amy has been providing me with property management services for well over ten years now. Her service, professionalism and skills are absolutely 'top notch'. This included, for example, organising the removal of ceiling asbestos from the property and subsequent replastering and decorating over the student Xmas break period very quickly and efficiently so as to minimise 'downtime'. Amy (and Anna) have a well established network of proven tradies to 'call on' to deal with small maintenance matters as they arise. They are also highly skilled at tenant selection. With Amy (and Anna) in charge, managing a rental is painless and hassle free.

We had a great experience with the Property Management team, they were kind, efficient, professional and easy to contact. There was however poor communication regarding the chattels that come with the property, the information online and on the pamphlet were incorrect and misleading. Because of this we were under the impression that the property comes with a log burner and washing machine and only found out after accepting the offer that these were not included. This was not pivotal but we did expect better and more honest communication from a professional company.

There is always a positive vibe when ever we correspond and you get the feeling they are really caring for their client. As part of the move to Whittle Knight we also had to re-advertise for tenants for the first time in 3 years.
