My new property manager Emily Winter was on top of things despite work taking up myself and my co-tenants time. My Property Manager, Gael Robb, was professional in her communication and efficiency, but also understanding and supportive of my needs at a stressful time in my life. I appreciated her advice and honesty which made the tenancy process so much easier. A sense of humour added to the experience. A mention also to Sophia, who suggested I look at the property I secured, after visiting a viewing she had. That follow up lead me to my new home 🙏

Both Louiza and Kelly kept us in the loop with all communication during the move from our previous management company. There is always a positive vibe when ever we correspond and you get the feeling they are really caring for their client. As part of the move to Whittle Knight we also had to re-advertise for tenants for the first time in 3 years. This was completed so efficiently and again we knew exactly who had been through the viewings. We are looking forward to working Whittle Knight moving forward.
