Janet Bradfield is a great asset to Ray White. She constantly updated us throughout the sale, and even though we had moved to Guernsey, she communicated through WhatsApp and sent us a link to watch the live auction, which was a great first-time experience for us. She also sorted out problems we had with some parts of the house needing attention before the sale. Finally, Janet called us after the sale to congratulate us it, and later communicated through WhatsApp to ask us if the transaction had finally gone through and how we were doing in Guernsey. She has also communicated several times since to ask how we were settling into our new environment. Janet is a great ambassador to Ray White and this is the second time we have used her, the first time being when we bought the house 3 years ago, and her efforts helping to do that prompted us to use her for a second time. My Ray White experience was very professional and pleasant because I had Minda looking after me. I understand clearly this is a business and almost cut throat field to be working in but Minda went far and beyond for my situation and for the best outcome as speedy as possible. She should be acknowledged for her commitment to people all while presenting herself professionally with exceptional service . She's a gem and deserves an award for had it not been for her I think my situation would have been awful. She kept me informed daily and pointed me in the right direction for immediate results. You are very lucky to have an employee like her I'm sure and I hope there are more in the company similar but clearly no where near her standards. I have family and they will only be using her in future and I hope the word spreads. I'm not writing this because I made a lot of money I certainly did not. I'm writing this in hopes she will be acknowledged as someone others in her field can strive to be more like. It's the little things in life. Because of her I avoided a mortgagee sale and bankruptcy but I have that debt gone and I have my health and the best children in the world. I recently engaged Zoltan upon a recommendation to seel a property on behalf of a deceased estate. from the day I met Zoltan nothing was a problem, there were a couple of issues with the property and Zoltan immedialtey launched into solution mode. in the end the property sold for a great price for the Estate and the entire process was seemless.
