From the beginning, Zoltan demonstrated a solid understanding of the local real estate market. He possessed extensive market knowledge, which was evident in his ability to accurately assess the value of our property and suggest an appropriate listing price. Zoltan's expertise contributed significantly to a smooth and efficient sale. Moreover, Zoltan and Devon maintained excellent communication during the majority of the sales process. They were responsive, promptly answering any queries or concerns we had. Their timely updates and regular communication helped us stay informed and reassured throughout the transaction. If there is something to be improved on it would be in terms of communication, especially towards the end of the process. After the final inspection of our house, we didn't receive any updates or feedback, which left us feeling a bit disconnected. It seemed as though once the price was negotiated, the communication became less frequent. we would have appreciated more consistent communication and follow-up, even after the negotiation stage. Overall, Zoltan Waxman proved to be a knowledgeable and effective real estate agent, guiding us through the selling process with professionalism and expertise. Despite the lapse in communication towards the end, we are appreciative of Zoltan's assistance in successfully selling our house.
