Our moving was a bit of a drama but Wendy help facilitate everything with the vendors and made the whole experience a lot less stressful than what it could have been. She went out of her way to make sure things worked for everyone.

Wendy knows her market and has a great understanding of people. She has a straight-forward, no-nonsense approach and explains her reasoning very well. She knows what is going to happen ahead of time, and is extremely pro-active. The best agent I have come across so far. She delivered way over our expectation.
