She went out of her way to communicate and answer questions and allow us to reach the position we did on the property. She is genuinely lovely and helpful. Very professional and whilst she may not have known the answer to some of our queries she did her utmost to find out for us. It may have taken a wee while to get our sale but her perseverance and negotiation skills came through in the end.
