Daniel took us from a brief initial request for information based on a property search with enough local knowledge along with excellent documentation to allow us to target two opportunities. We then set up a site visit to see the properties and wider features. Daniel’s understanding of the Whangārei Heads area and the key decision details of each property allowed us to quickly decide which property to focus on enabling us to make a decision to purchase conditionally on the day.
