From Zero to Hero and sold
Sam provided superb service to me in selling my house. No offers at 12 noon closing date and by 6pm she had it sold without conditions. She worked with potential buyers and resolved concerns and made the sale. I am very impressed with her ability, her friendliness and honesty and very quick responsiveness at any time. I would not hesitate to use her again, along with her partner in crime, Murray Potts who also worked hard for the sale.

Above and beyond in every way, even advising on us on purchasing in another city after we'd sold.
Right from the outset Clare provided us with expert advice and guidance, whilst never making us feel like she was pressuring us into any decisions. She gave us clear and realistic expectations of the current market, advice on how best to stage our home, and arranged staging and photography quotes for us. She kept us informed of the best marketing strategy, updating us regularly and answering all of our questions. She helped us to choose the best process for selling and made adjustments to account for a holiday weekend. Clare achieved the upper end of the price bracket we had hoped for, and kept the whole experience flexible and stress free. Even after we had sold Clare guided us through the auction process when we were buying in another city and helped us to obtain our dream house there. It was the first time we had ever taken part in an auction and we never could have managed it without her.

Great helper
