Difficult situation handled very well
Clare was very good in doing comprehensive research and having many difficult conversations around a sensitive issue, which could have affected the sale price. Clare was professional throughout and in the end got a result which well exceeded expectations. She will tell you to trust the process- LISTEN!!!

Great, genuine agent
Tom is an excellent agent. We've been choosing between multiple agencies and settled with Lowe&Co because of him. Reasons: * good first impression * quick and easy communication * smart and flexible approach to the sale process * seemed like a genuine person, compared to others As a result, our sale process was smooth and easy and we sold our house for a good price.

Marketing our home with Lowe and Co with lead agent Clare Newton Smith
In anticipation of putting our home on the market we went to Open Homes in Wadestown and adjacent area over the last two years. We thought two real estate firms stood out including Lowe and Co. and decided to contact both for preliminary discussions. The first was a presentation by Craig Lowe and we found this sufficiently persuasive to not look any further. We were impressed by the clear logical marketing plan outlined and his personality and signed there and then. The details of the plan were tailored to our home, the process described in detail and precise costing given. In the following few weeks the marketing was developed and it was during this process that we met Clare who proved very professional and pleasant. During the marketing Clare and others at Lowe kept in regular contact with detailed reporting. Seven offers resulted and we accepted an unconditional offer which was well above our expectations. Clare helped us liase with the new owners and supervised the post sale process with the same friendly professionalism.

House purchase
We had been looking for a house with Annie for a long time. Mostly because we were fussy. But when the right property appeared Annie was great. From ensuring we had early notice of the property, to a viewing on the first day, and arranging a repeat viewing when we were available.
