Friendly and no nonsense support
Clare was friendly and approachable right from the get-go when we first visited our soon to be property. That was no mean feat considering the somewhat carnival like atmosphere with numbers of people who were also there to view! Throughout the process she has been calm and easy to deal with, very appreciated when in a highly pressured house buying process. She was even on hand to help with our toddler when making our tender! Recommend on both buy and sell side
Tom and his team sold my apartment and then sold me my new home. The apartment was in a company share scheme which are always more challenging to sell, but Tom and the team stayed engaged and active throughout, resulting good and fair sale price. When I was looking to purchase my new home the team gave me good honest advice and were easy to contact. Would highly recommend.
