Tom and Harriet were both always very professional, respectful and nice. They demonstrated good knowledge of the market and had a proven and fine tuned plan of how to sell our property. My only feedback would be to have more specific updates after each of the open homes as I had to ask for that. I had more specific questions that were in addition to their written report that was provided.
