Nick was great. A real high communicator who kept us updated throughout the whole process. We felt like Nick was there for us and set realistic expectations on price and value of our property while also trying to get us the best exposure and price for our property. We were blown away but the offer we accepted and the whole process was smooth and seamless. In the end this was a life changing sale for us and the service and knowledge provided by Nick was excellent. We will definitely recommend him to friends and family alike.

Tom, Nick and Harriet were absolutely fantastic. High communication is very important to me; especially as this was my first time selling my home. The team were great at keeping us updated with progress and helping us throughout the process. They were also helpful by translating buyer concerns/prospective, and what those concerns/prospective meant for us. I felt like the guys were realistic price-wise, but also wanted to get a great outcome for us, which they did above and beyond our expectations.
