Aaron and Matt were experts in their field. They gave us clear information with supporting data that was easy to understand. They had such a positive attitude and bought energy and enthusiasm to marketing our house. They were patient and found solutions to any difficulties. They gave us encouragement at each step in what was a new process for us. We were regularly updated as the marketing period progressed. The presentation of the sale information and photographs were stunning and the house looked the best it ever had. We were given easy access to support contractors - cleaners painters and stagers which saved us time and money. From our first contact with Lowe and Co at reception we were met with courtesy and helpfulness. Other members of the team Pearl and Charles were also fantastic - they were encouraging, making all the interactions pleasurable. The team went the extra mile on so many occasions. Based on our experience we have a high level of trust in Aaron and Matt and Lowe and Co overall and will recommend them to anyone we know in Wellington looking to sell. Joh and I had an incredible experience selling with Sam and Murray. We originally purchased our property through them and had such a great experience we listed with them. From day one, they were incredibly helpful and genuinely invested in getting us the best possible result. We also really appreciated the male/female team dynamic. You get two different personalities, perspectives and energies, which we felt worked really well. Their advice before going to market was exceptional. They were upfront about what maintenance was needed, what could put buyers off, and what was actually worth spending money on. We trusted their advice and followed it to the letter. The staging company they recommended was fantastic and completely transformed the house. Their pricing strategy for our Deadline Sale was incredibly well thought out. In a “not so flash” market, the result was more than we could have hoped for. We had the most popular first open home across Lowe & Co, with around 50 groups through in the first week, and the house sold in less than two weeks for a price we were ecstatic with. What really stood out was just how hard they worked. They were doing private viewings before the first open home, constantly following up with buyers and making sure no potential buyer slipped through the cracks. They were incredibly responsive, even sending buyer questions through in the evenings so we could get answers back quickly. Sam has a real talent for being completely upfront and telling you how it is. We found that incredibly refreshing and it gave us a huge amount of trust in her advice. We also felt that same honesty helped build trust with buyers. Ultimately, we put a huge amount of trust in Sam and Murray and followed their advice, and it really paid off. The whole process was strategic, proactive and incredibly well managed from start to finish. We highly recommend them.
