He dealt with everything on our behalf, was always professional, and offered solutions to any issues which arose. He demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the local property market and gave us an accurate estimation of the property value. At the same time, he listened to us and understood our love for the house and our desire for it to continue as a family home.

I had a smooth, pleasant experience dealing with Chris when purchasing that elusive home I had been looking for. Chris is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very responsive. He also cares about his customers - even after the sale when the transaction has been completed. When I moved in I realized the vendor had mistakenly left his old fridge at the property. I had ordered a new fridge which was to be delivered  the next day so I had to get rid of the old one. I called Chris and he immediately made a plan. He assured me that if the vendor couldn't remove the fridge in time, he would come do it himself! Two hours later the fridge was gone.
