We were very impressed with Tony and his team. He was very professional and had great industry knowledge, but there was something different about Tony that to me was far more important.....He's honest, doesn't bad mouth other agents, he genuinely cares about his clients, and he isn't high pressure! We had a property in Churton Park to sell, and I wasn't impressed with the usual real estate company in the area (as they had phoned me and bad mouthed Lowe & Co!), so I told Tony he had the job and it was up to him to prove the critics wrong. Well, within 6 days and only one open home, Tony had a good cash offer on the table and called a 24 hour deadline. 24 Hours later he'd pulled in 8 offers, of which one was $175k higher than the original 'good' offer. Within one week he'd sold the house for just on GV, in a market where most houses were still selling 15-20% below GV! Lowe & Co are a great company and Tony Afendoulis is a great man! (Plus he's a Rongotai old boy which is an added bonus!) I highly recommend Tony and Lowe & Co to anyone that's selling their property in the Tawa & Churton Park area... They're Guns!

We needed to buy a home for elderly parents, who needed to make a move after more than five decades in their previous house. Moving can be a challenging experience, but Tony was cognisant of our needs, and the need for flexibility and patience, as he discussed and presented the merits of the house they ended up purchasing.
