Great Result!

Tony and Dan delivered!
Tony and Dan have a finely tuned system that works, with amazing market knowledge, communication skills and professionalism. As remote vendors, there were many odd tasks that needed to be completed pre and post listing, and Tony and the team helped ensure that everything happened on time. The outcome was an earlier than expected sales agreement at a good price.

Great experience from start to end
Selling or buying a home can be a daunting experience especially if it's your first time which it was for me. A friendly, fun experience
Chris worked with Craig Lowe as our selling agent; my impression being that Chris was responsible for the 'heavy lifting'. Chris has great communication skills, a very friendly manner and a good sense of humor. He was very easy and fun to deal with. Helpful and responsive
As buyers, we found Tom and Harriet were very responsive. They assisted us by liaising with the vendor's tenants to make the property available for viewing outside the usual open home times and made sure the vendors had a helpful building report from a reputable company, which increased our confidence in the property we were purchasing
