Above Industry Standard
As a remote vendor we had to find someone we could trust to sell our house. Tony has been excellent ever since we bought the place off him 8 years ago, planning to move down to work and raise a family. Whilst that didn’t eventuate I kept in touch with Tony and have found him consistently knowledgeable of the market, professional and respectful in all communications so we looked no further than to ask Tony to sell our house. We had to do some repairs and maintenance to it before listing and Tony went above and beyond for us, even changing out the lightbulbs! Tony managed to arrange and turn around the property from vacant to listed in no more than a week and then run an excellent marketing campaign supported by private viewings. The whole way through Tony managed expectations very well and kept concise communication. The offers were presented with a recommendations and gave us the space to think which is in contrast to our last experience selling a house. Tony and team showed how this process should be run and I’d argue should be an industry standard.

Brought and sold with this amazing team
Tom and Harriet came recommended through my sister who brought and sold with them. We were also fortunate enough to buy and sell through Tom and Harriet. Having known our reasons for relocating, Tom and Harriet was able to get us into a property prior to it going on market. We were really lucky to have been able to put an offer in without having the stress of potential competition with a house that is on the market. It was the first property Tom recommended and it was exactly what we were after. The team provided us with a lot of guidance and were super helpful with sales and purchase agreements. When it came to selling, they were really helpful with their suggestions for a marketing plan including whether to include a BEO and the method of sale. In a slower market we are very grateful that Tom and Harriet were able to get an offer and settlement date we were happy with. We can't thank Tom and Harriet enough for guiding us through what can be a very stressful process and for helping us find a home close to family.
