As a remote vendor we had to find someone we could trust to sell our house. Tony has been excellent ever since we bought the place off him 8 years ago, planning to move down to work and raise a family. Whilst that didn’t eventuate I kept in touch with Tony and have found him consistently knowledgeable of the market, professional and respectful in all communications so we looked no further than to ask Tony to sell our house. We had to do some repairs and maintenance to it before listing and Tony went above and beyond for us, even changing out the lightbulbs! Tony managed to arrange and turn around the property from vacant to listed in no more than a week and then run an excellent marketing campaign supported by private viewings.
