This is the third time we have dealt with Nicky and I cannot recommend her enough. She always goes above and beyond. Over the years on our rural property we asked Nicky to come out to see our ideas for improvement and it was never a problem... even when we didn't proceed. She is knowledgeable, taking time to explain things through. Professional and friendly, making you feel at ease and never rushed.
