Very professionally, explain everything step by step. Will not hesitate to refer anybody to her for her services. Always call back if she cannot answer the phone immediately , responds very well on text messages If she does not have an update immediately, then she chase until she can give an update. Very open and honest. Even if the news is not good, she will give it to you straight, without making excuses
