I have never sold a house before, let alone attended an auction, and Emily handled our sale with the utmost professionalism. She always appeared to be working - responding almost instantly to any query or concern - even when we had a thought over dinner at the weekend - she answered. She ensured that we were in the loop throughout the whole process and that all options were explored, helping us every step of the way with her unfaltering positivity and depth of knowledge. She approached everything calmly, and was kind and sympathetic to our stress. Even after the auction and a successful sale, Emily was checking in and making sure we felt alright. Her presence in the auction room definitely made the whole situation feel better, and we both commented that having Emily on our side was a definite win. She acted with integrity and was open and honest throughout our entire sale and as bonus got us an awesome result in the end too!
