Personable, Punctual, Expert in his field.

working with Troy has been an awesome experience, as a first home buyer i was very nervous, there was a lot for me to wrap my head around, Troy guided me through the entire process step by step, was able to answer any and all of my questions, resulting in me getting a great deal on a home that i love. from the get go, he was very friendly, he payed close attention to exactly what i was looking for, had great knowledge of the current market, was always able to make time to visit different houses with me until we found the right one. ive learnt a lot from Troy and appreciate his guidance, He will 100% be my first choice in the future.

Refreshingly honest and friendly team to deal with

Purchasing my first home via Abbey + Richard was the best experience I could have hoped for. Abbey was super lovely to deal with and refreshingly honest and open when I had questions. In my opinion she went above and beyond when it came to the auction and was by my side during the bidding process. I also really valued the FAQ element of the purchase docs. It was such a clever and re-assuring document and allowed easy and fast access to common questions, which helped with pre purchase insurance or tradie quotations. Elspeth in the office team was also amazing and super helpful with explaining the auction process and things to check beforehand. I would highly recommend buying/selling a house with Abbey + Richard and their wonderful team.

Professional and such a pleasure to work with

We couldn't speak more highly of our experience with Abbey and Richard as agents for selling our home in Eden Terrace this year (August 2026). Great price achieved in an unpredictable market

It's a difficult job choosing your agent but after my home sold, I can happily say I chose well. Abbey and Richard and their team communicated via our WhatsApp group which works really well. Everyone knows what is happening about the open homes, extra viewings or builder's inspections. Their photographer and marketing was outstanding. Abbey and Richard complement each other well and I really felt they were working for me, the seller. They have a great understanding of the local market and after the 3 week campaign, there were 3 registered bidders and on Auction Day, Sam, the auctioneer achieved a great result. Selling your house is very stressful but Abbey & Richard made this less so and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting to sell their home.
