Agencies in Ascot Park, Wellington

Kyle had been very approachable and helpful in our house hunting process. We would highly recommend him as he is very down to earth with exceptional knowledge of the real estate industry. An excellent communicator and a great personality to work with!

I have bought and sold several houses over the last 30 years and, during that time, have had mixed experiences with real estate agents. Paula was recommended to me by a friend, so I decided to take a punt. It turned out to be exactly the right decision, and it certainly paid off. From the outset, Paula was warm, friendly, and clearly knew her stuff. My circumstances were unique, but she understood the market well and came up with thoughtful recommendations for selling my dad’s house. I trusted the process, and I’m so glad I did. Paula partnered with Hunter, who was incredibly helpful and complemented her perfectly. Together, they made a fantastic team. Their synergy, professionalism, market knowledge, and positive energy all contributed to an outstanding result, for which I am truly grateful. The marketing and communication plan was well executed, and the auction itself was genuinely exciting. I couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome, and I’m very pleased that I ended up working with Paula and Hunter.

Their response is really quick .

Elman was amazing from the very beginning. After the open home, he provided all the information we needed without ever making us feel pressured or rushed. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process and he was always flexible and accommodating when arranging times for us to view the home. He consistently went above and beyond to support us, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable. As first-home buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better agent and are so grateful for everything he did to help us into our first home.

Working with Elman to sell our house was a great experience. He knows his business inside and out. Elman went above and beyond. Before we even listed, he gave us valuable input on our renovation project. That guidance made a real difference to the final result. Elman knows the market well, and even with significant market movement, he guided us through it with honesty and respect at every step. The result felt like a win for everyone involved. We are delighted the house is sold, and we trusted Elman's expertise from start to finish. We would recommend him to anyone looking to sell. Meng Director 918 Property Solutions

Carlie was very easy to work with as we went through the purchase process. She was always available to clarify any issues and we felt she had strong relationships with both ourselves and the vendor which made it easy to get information and clarity. She knows the market well and is a lovely person to deal with. We would not hesitate to recommend her and her team.
