Very kind and welcoming, available throughout and able to help with anything and everything, lots of knowledge of the area, accommodated everything we asked for including a viewing in the middle of a storm! Very helpful.
We were at a low ebb and needed a compassionate and resourceful advocate. Made things happen for us and had really good advise and guidance. Things were pretty dicey for a while there and her communication and accessibility was fantastic. Helped use through a longest day of our lives!

Alex helped to sell one of my rental properties off-market in just over 1 week. I was thrilled. He was very good in communicating any progress with me and getting back to me when he couldn't respond straight away. He is professional, but also easy-going and friendly and Alex knows the Porirua market really well. I appreciated the marketing advice he provided and he has some good experience when dealing with tenanted properties. I highly recommend Alex and would definitely use him again to sell my other properties.
We had our property on the market for a whole year with very little interest and even less viable offers. Ralph had approached us over this time but we said we need to give the other agency a chance to sell our property before engaging a different agent. Of course nothing changed and we reluctantly took our house off the month. Six months later we responded to Ralph’s approach and his different ideas to promote our house. Ralph always said he would bring buyers to us rather than just hoping they would turn up at open homes. He also asked some searching questions about what we liked about our house and discussed ways to make it more presentable. We discussed a start date for advertising and open homes in late January. However just as Ralph had promised, he was able to bring three qualified buyers as early as mid December, one of which put in an acceptable offer which we were happy to go with. Settlement date was stretched out a little as we were yet to find a new house. A good result overall and very happy with Ralph’s professional and thorough work style.
Excellent market knowledge and solid advice on all aspects of preparing a house for sale, marketing, attracting potential purchasers to open homes, resulting in 4 offers. Also fabulous connections to tradies should your property require last minute repairs. Systematic weekly feedback while the house was on the market and always available to answer questions and offer advice. By the end we found we had not only a brilliant agent, but also a new friend.
