People say “Real estate agents only work for themselves, not the buyer or the seller”. I was viewing many houses and met many agents from different real estate agencies for 8 months. Most of the time, I agree with this saying. However, Marie is the one that changed the stereotypes that I perceived from an agent. Not only did she provide me with helpful information about the house; she was also willing to answer questions that most agents would not answer. She has always been enthusiastic about helping me to find all the answers that I need to make decisions, from the vendor, the council, the trade people, or any one that could help. What I like the most about her was that treated me like a dear friend of hers, rather than a client. She exceeded all the expectations I had toward an agent. In every single step, from viewing the house, to making an offer, and then to the negotiation process, all the way to the settlement date, she was there to help. She gave me advice, she showed me ways of searching for the information that I need. She made me feel safe and certain about every decision that I made along the way. Honest, kind, caring, helpful and trustworthy; that’s Marie. She is truly a God sent gift. I am very grateful that I met her.

Ben, Amanda and team were fabulous to work with as a seller, and achieved for me, more than I had hoped for. Their strategy is proven and gets results, and from the moment I contacted them to let them know that I was looking to sell, they sprung into action, and had me on the market within 10 days. During the process, they were communicative, keeping me up to date with feedback via multiple channels. They were responsive, and always available to answer queries. The relationship that we built lasted a couple of years, which menat when the time came for me to push the trigger, everything was seamless, and they were able to offer full service, with assisting me also with advice on my next property purchase. Excellent communication. Lots of enthusiasm, moderated by obvious experience. They personally worked hard to get us the best price. Their experience came to the fore when they succeeded in getting our sale over the line at a point when the negotiations became tricky due to factors generated by the needs of multiple other parties who were part of a chain that needed to come together. We always felt they understood our needs well while also appreciating the true potential of our property from the start. During the extended period of time the house was under a conditional offer, they continued to market the property. The last property we sold was over 30 years ago and, consequently, we were somewhat unprepared for the complexities involved in selling a house.
