People say “Real estate agents only work for themselves, not the buyer or the seller”. I was viewing many houses and met many agents from different real estate agencies for 8 months. Most of the time, I agree with this saying. However, Marie is the one that changed the stereotypes that I perceived from an agent. Not only did she provide me with helpful information about the house; she was also willing to answer questions that most agents would not answer. She has always been enthusiastic about helping me to find all the answers that I need to make decisions, from the vendor, the council, the trade people, or any one that could help. What I like the most about her was that treated me like a dear friend of hers, rather than a client. She exceeded all the expectations I had toward an agent. In every single step, from viewing the house, to making an offer, and then to the negotiation process, all the way to the settlement date, she was there to help. She gave me advice, she showed me ways of searching for the information that I need. She made me feel safe and certain about every decision that I made along the way. Honest, kind, caring, helpful and trustworthy; that’s Marie. She is truly a God sent gift. I am very grateful that I met her.

Ben, Amanda and team were fabulous to work with as a seller, and achieved for me, more than I had hoped for. I can fully recommend their aution approach, and as auction time approached, they had auction day strategies, which were clearly outlined to me, that helped achieve a better than expected outcome, whilst also giving me a clear understanding of how the process would run. Martin was extremely calm, positive, reassuring and professional despite being faced with a challenging sale and set of circumstances. He was an excellent communicator and was very responsive. Martin showed a range of knowledge and experience when it came to the industry.

For a first home buyer Rod has been and continues to be awesome to work with, Rod has given very helpful advice and answering all and random questions from someone that knows very little about purchasing a home.
