I had a fantastic experience with Billy Bell and Tommy Madams both with buying my new home and selling my own. They made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. When buying my new home, they were great to deal with — always responsive, happy to answer questions and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance when I wanted to go back for another look. They were also great at reassuring the vendors that my house would sell, which helped me secure the property. Once it came to selling my place, they got straight into it. They helped with everything from the appraisal to recommending house washers and cleaners, and the marketing was excellent. They even made sure the weather was right for the photos by postponing for a day, which made them look amazing. The pricing strategy worked really well, with plenty of interest straight away, two open homes in the first week and multiple Tommy’s agents bringing buyers through. Communication was excellent. They kept me updated through WhatsApp, so I always knew when people were coming through and what the feedback was. When an early offer came in, I wasn’t sure about it but I trusted them and I’m so glad I did. They ended up getting me seven offers, and I sold for a price I was really happy with. The offer was unconditional too, so everything fell into place with the purchase of my new home. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better result in this market. The whole Tommy’s team was fantastic, with different agents working together to bring buyers through and get the best result.
