Alexia and Danielle helped us unstintingly through the ups and downs of the home selling process 3 or so years ago and back then were extremely professional, genuine and sincere, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Because of our previous good relationship we chose to use their help again with the selling of our home this time and they didn't disappoint. They did their absolute utmost to present our property positively to potential buyers and worked hard to keep us fully informed through the process. Their 'can do' approach and sense of humour helped us to get through what can be a stressful experience. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them, separately or together. Paul's communication was top notch, i'm not sure that he even sleeps! Selling the family home was an emotional experience that Paul fully understood, add that to the fact that I live overseas so was only available in person on the few trips back to NZ, Paul made this experience as easy as possible. Paul reminded me that as the vendors we always had the ability to decide what we wanted. Highly recommend.

Excellent communication. Lots of enthusiasm, moderated by obvious experience. They personally worked hard to get us the best price. Their experience came to the fore when they succeeded in getting our sale over the line at a point when the negotiations became tricky due to factors generated by the needs of multiple other parties who were part of a chain that needed to come together. We always felt they understood our needs well while also appreciating the true potential of our property from the start. During the extended period of time the house was under a conditional offer, they continued to market the property. The last property we sold was over 30 years ago and, consequently, we were somewhat unprepared for the complexities involved in selling a house. The advice from Nick and Lilli-Rose was invaluable as were the streamlined processes provided by Lowe & Co. They also showed integrity.
