Willy was very easy to get on with from the start. Though his job was to get the best outcome for the vendor, we felt he was always honest with us about how we could maximise our chance of securing the property. Without his proactive investigation of the chances of a swap I'm not sure we would be where we are now. They were very professional and honest with their advice from the beginning. They also went out of their way to help us stage the home to accentuate the benefits of our property. Once on the market they worked tirelessly at open homes, and with private viewings. They kept us fully informed throughout the sale process with regular updates. From the first meeting Adrienne made us feel that our property sale was in the right hands. She valued our input in the marketing plan. Although the process is a business transaction, Adrienne made it all friendly and personalized. We felt that she genuinely cared for our property. Our property was tenant occupied. As a first home buyer, with absolutely no clue, I was hoping to find a relatable real estate agent who was trustworthy and didn't have a cheesy 'used car salesman' vibe. I wasn't holding my breath, but then I met Adrienne! She's super friendly, and was incredibly patient in assisting this rookie with her purchase...
