Ronelle was a real gem! I can't speak highly enough of her. The whole experience was a breeze, especially during level 3 lockdown, she took on the challenge of managing viewings etc in a difficult time. Ronelle was professional, meticulous, punctual with wonderful communication skills. We were very happy with the way she managed the sale, her negotiation skills were exceptional, reaching a price higher than our expectations.
