Ronelle proved herself to be an excellent agent from day 1. Initial communication and punctuality were both excellent as was her ability to provide access for further viewings and liaising with the vendor. Throughout what proved to be quite a difficult process, Ronelle kept us informed every step of the way, dealt with the other parties involved in a timely and professional manner and kept a cool head at times where things were getting a little intense. Ronelle sold our house during a stressful time for not only us, but the whole of NZ, as we listed before the first COVID-19 lockdown.
