Debbie-Lee is very knowlegable about the market and about what helps sell a property. She reassured us about what we had done and what information was required and what steps we needed to take and why. She also kept in regular contact with us, letting us know how the campaign was progressing and what we could probably expect at the auction. Prospective purchasers must have found her easy to approach as they came back time and again for another look or with more queries. If she didn't know the answer she would contact us straight away to see if we could provide answers - can be tricky with a deceased estate.
