Di and Amos were by far, the most professional real estate agents I have ever dealt with. Their original appraisal of the property and their open home reporting were the most comprehensive I have ever seen. Di kept in contact and offered very sound advice and support throughout the entire process. Our auction sale result was achieved after Di made an excellent suggestion about the level of our reserve. Amos was very efficient and super easy to deal with, when he was sending through all the paperwork for us. I would highly recommend them both.

Kanta worked our different scenarios that I could try with the bank to get my property. She met with me to talk about these options and she guided me through the pre-auction process and all the paperwork involved along with steps to go through with my lawyer/broker/bank. Her help was appreciated.

Di was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Di went above and beyond in helping to present the house at its best for the photos and open homes, turning up extra early to make sure the house looked perfect. Di is also the only Agent I have come across that will spend as much time helping a client find a new home as selling your home. Di's help and knowledge was invaluable when looking at buying a new place at the same time as she was selling my current home. I would highly recommend Di and admire her enthusiasm, professionalism, expertise, honesty and can do attitude. Thank you!

Sara-Jayne has done a great job when she was selling my apartment. She was always happy to my questions and keep me posted with any progress during the open homes although we were only able to do that for two weeks due to the lockdown. We will definitely recommend Sara-Jayne as the agent to our friends and families if anyone wants to sell their houses in future.

We met Sara-Jayne at an open-home for an apartment that we were lucky enough to win at auction - SJ was great to deal with, initially taking us through what we would need to do at the auction, then to very foreign idea of bidding online. SJ was clear and extremely quick in all responses, informative and overall an excellent agent, as well as being a really lovely person to deal with. We would definitely recommend her !

Sara-Jayne was switched on and in tune with my listing process. I found her knowledgeable, warm and ready to go that extra mile. She has a great eye for detail, was very open to working with my requests with photos etc. Her calm but focused demeanour is what makes her a great Real Estate agent.

When I wanted to move house in late 2020 I needed to make sure I bought and sold in the same market because things were moving swiftly and the banks were not very accommodating. I didn't want to end up selling and not having bought. Sara-Jayne handled everything superbly with me, I bought and sold with her and I've not looked back. Through Barfoot's she had access to some of the best housing stock and she really took the time to find the right property for me. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again, maybe in another 10 years .

Sara Jayne recommended the property to us after showing us several properties without success. We found her very professional, friendly, patient. She always gave us honest and knowledgeable advice and help. Always efficient and friendly during the whole process . We think she is the top notch in the real estate service. It’s a real joy to work with her. We would definitely ask her help in the future

Dermot achieved a very good price for us after three conditional sales fell through. He understood the the development potential better than any other agent I have dealt with, showing buyers how they could achieve maximum value through the best use for this site. Dermot is very creative at solving issues with tricky properties and I look forward to him marketing many more for me.

Di provided clear communication at all times and did a great job of marketing my house. It sold at auction very close to reserve.
