Great agent!
Dermot handled the sale of our house so well. He took the time to understand how we felt about selling and was sensitive to that. He worked really hard with our buyers and we felt he was absolutely in our corner. We ended up with a great result and that was 100% due to the effort he put in for us. absolutely recommend :)

Super lovely to deal with:)
Di was recommended to us by someone who had recently listed/sold with her. I was particularly keen on an agent who was skilled in home staging and Di didn't disappoint (the props were fantastic and carefully chosen by Di)! She was always warm, friendly and down-to-earth and we felt really secure in the knowledge that she would offer the best to present our property as best it could be, and seek a happy purchaser. Di kept in touch regularly and also kept an eye on our house/garden, as we were living elsewhere at the time. An exceptional sale experience
Through every part of our house sale journey, Di was an absolute pleasure to work with exceeding our expectations in every way. Every step of the process was explained thoroughly and nothing was too much trouble. She was always very happy to take our calls (and annoying questions) and answer all our text messages quickly and politely. When it came time to list, Di was a fabulous help with styling - she has a great eye and good knowledge of what buyers are looking for - and the house looked fabulous for the photos. To top it all off, she helped with securing a pre-auction offer that we were delighted with. We have no hesitation at all in highly recommending Di as an Agent - 10 of out 10!

Dermot is very good experienced sales agent. Communicates very well and always on time with the appointments. Very easy to deal with and is highly professional. Dermot is knowledgeable with the market, especially with unitary plan. He does not give pressure to his client for decisions making. I would recommend him to our friends and family

Very Perceptive of Clients Needs and Parameters
I met Sara-Jayne at an open home. Whilst I was unsuccessful with that property, she worked very hard to keep an eye out for properties that met my brief, and I eventually bought through her. Then when it came time to sell, I of course asked her to list and sell it for me. She has an excellent eye as to how to prepare a house for sale, and has great contacts who she can suggest to clean and stage the property. Her rapport with prospective buyers is friendly, extremely professional, and she is great with detail and feedback re open home reactions. Couldn't find a better agent!

We genuinely recommend them to anyone thinking of selling.
It was really important to us we choose the right agents because we were determined to leave this home feeling positive and happy with the outcome. We’d experienced those agents that tell you how wonderful your home is and how much it’s worth to discover that post listing with them, the pressure is applied because the market has miraculously changed... When we first met with Sara Jayne and Gil we were impressed with their friendly, easy going nature, their professionalism, their knowledge of the market and their honesty. It felt an easy decision to go with them. They quickly pulled everything together and provided good recommendations as to how we should present and market our home. We felt really comfortable with their proposal and were pleasantly surprised with the marketing budget recommended. Once we were on the market, things moved quickly and we soon benefited from the list of potential buyers they had together with the extensive list of agents within their network.

Fantastic experience, with great results
Di has great communication skills and worked around our busy schedules. She delivered ahead of time working to very tight timelines as we needed our house sold fast. Her level of professionalism is second to none from start to finish and I would recommend her (and use her again) in a heartbeat.
